Resume about me…

My name is Fernanda Corrêa. I’m a passionate front-end enthusiast who believes in the power of pixels to transform digital experiences. With years of hands-on experience, I’ve embarked on a journey to demystify the complexities of front-end development and share the latest trends shaping the industry.

In 2010, I enrolled in a technology school to improve my skills in web development. After landing my first job as a front-end coder, I continued to invest time in mastering front-end tools and frameworks.

I began my professional career in 2011 at Id5, a company in Brazil, where I spent four years. In the beginning, my job was to maintain websites using HTML, CSS, and Flash. Over time, I began converting designs to HTML and eventually implementing them into WordPress.

After that, I joined a startup called Trakto to challenge myself with new technologies. Vanilla JavaScript was one of them. I was part of the team that implemented the online document editor web platform and also worked with the marketing team to create landing pages.

So, I agreed to work at Mambo, an agency that is no longer in operation. Throughout my time in the position, I utilized my skills in WordPress, Gulp, Webpack, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Next step, Here in Portugal, where I live now, I had the experience of working with javascript frameworks Vue and React, some CSS Libraries Sass, Style Components, Stylus, and Tailwind. Front-end Tools such as Vite, Vercel…

Currently, I’m working in an agency – Dunk Agency, as a Front-end Manager.

Writing about my curiosities and experiences makes me feel alive and provides a valuable record for the future. One of the main reasons why I write is to teach myself because I believe teaching is one of the most effective ways to learn. Simply put, I love a challenge.
